This is the same plasmalogen building blocks as Prodrome Neuro in capsule form. If you do not like swallowing capsules, you can put 30 drops in a little cold beverage, which would be the equivalent of 2 capsules
ProdromeNeuro™ Plasmalogen Supplements
ProdromeNeuro™ contains the plasmalogen building blocks that neurons in the brain gray matter require. Neurons are cells that process and transmit information in the body. These plasmalogens commonly become deficient with age.
HOW TO USE
Most Common: Take 1 mL 30 drops(mixed into 1-4 oz beverage or added to empty gel caps) and consume daily or as directed by your health care professional.
Loading Dose: Take 2 to 4 mL daily for 1 to 3 months.
STORAGE
Store in the refrigerator before and after opening to preserve freshness.
